Synergy Theatre Project is looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to lead and manage our programme of creative engagement and pathways to training and employment for people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, both within the prison estate and in the community.

Working with the Artistic Director, the Learning and Engagement Manager will have excellent project management skills, a proven track record of devising and managing successful creative learning projects, knowledge of formal and informal education and the ability to develop relationships with arts and educational organisations and employers.  The postholder will be responsible for induction, support, mentoring and exit strategy for beneficiaries.  Candidates will ideally have 5+ years of experience in arts education, education or resettlement and a passion for increasing arts, education and employee engagement for disadvantaged groups.
